JAY HARGIS, Managing Partner & Founder

Jay provides business leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their business goals by helping them leverage their most important asset—people. Jay draws upon his practical client services experience along with his background in organizational development to provide insight and practical tools that will allow businesses to find their perfect workforce. That workforce will allow them to meet the demanding needs of today’s competitive marketplace and beat their competition.

With over 17 years of experience in employee development, Jay has worked with over 200 global companies including General Electric, Time Warner, and ExxonMobil. In addition, Jay has brought consulting services to smaller regional organizations, helping them meet their strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Talent Insight Group, Jay spent seven years at BrassRing, a leading provider of talent management software and consulting services. In his role as Director of Client Services he led revenue growth of 250% and improved overall client satisfaction through strategic account management and consulting services. Prior to BrassRing, Jay worked in system implementation and staffing projects at multiple organizations including Private Healthcare Systems, Restrac, and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare.

Jay holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Jay is also an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at Suffolk University in Boston and a member of the Society of Professional Consultants, the Smaller Business Association of New England, and the New England Human Resources Association.

 

SCOTT WILLIAMSON, Managing Partner & Founder

Scott Williamson is a Senior Consultant & Partner with Talent Insight Group. Scott brings with him over 10 years of experience in developing, managing, and consulting on software configuration projects and talent management process for Fortune 1000 companies and government markets.

Scott’s success in leading internal, external and third party teams in strategic planning to maximize return on investment make him a much sought after expert. Scott has had hands-on responsibility working with Target, TimeWarner, and American Express. His government clients include: Commonwealth of Kentucky, State of Iowa and County of Los Angeles.

As a member of Talent Insight Group, Scott focuses on business results associated with improved recruiting process and programs. Scott’s hands-on approach and sense of humor make him a much sought after consultant.

JENNIFER TILLMAN, Senior Recruiter

Jennifer is a senior recruiter and consultant with Talent Insight Group. Jennifer focuses partnering with organizations to fill senior-level mission critical positions. Jennifer uses the Talent Insight Group’s SUMTOTAL™ method to target specific behaviors and styles that ensure that that the candidates that she presents are an organizational fit.

Jennifer brings almost 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry and has worked with multiple Fortune 500 organizations on their human capital planning and staffing. Jennifer has partnered with senior leaders to develop succession plans, staffing plans, and competency modeling.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Boston University.

 

KATHLEEN DONAHUE, Senior Consultant

Kathleen Donahue is a Senior Consultant with Talent Insight Group. Kathleen brings fifteen years of experience working with government, non-profit, and for-profit entities. Kathleen focuses all things financial including accounting, auditing, and reporting. Kathleen has keen insight into the staffing needs of finance and accounting departments.

Kathleen joined Talent Insight Group in the spring of 2007 and has been busy ever since. Her practical approaches to working with teams and with organizations make her a strategic business partner. She can often be found assisting an organization with their people challenges when rapid change is occurring.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Suffolk University.
